Description
Enviroplus PCR bin liners are made using ReCree8® resin which results in a minimum of 70% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material in the finished liner. Designed to be heavy-duty, these liners are able to handle high volumes in the most challenging application settings.
About ReCree8®
ReCree8® is a resin produced from 100% post-consumer recycled soft plastics waste and designed with a circular economy in mind, typically recycling used bags to make new bags. The resin has been both verified by GECA and certified by Global Recycling Standard (GRS), providing independent authentication of its PCR claims. Certification to ISO14001 at its production site ensures a robust environmental management system is in place.
This minimises impact on the environment by:
- Recycling waste potentially designated for landfill.
- Reducing depletion of non-renewable petrochemical sources for virgin raw materials.
- Reducing emissions typically related to the production of virgin plastic.
